The Hayward High School modernization is a multi-phased comprehensive modernization project that involves renovated classroom buildings, upgraded HVAC systems, a new outdoor amphitheater, improvements to the multipurpose building and stage, major gymnasium renovations and enhanced campus security.

Led the project through multiple construction phases during CA, managing coordination with the Client, CM, consultants, and DSA. Worked closely with the CM and contractor to successfully complete the project through closeout.
